Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts: This includes both publicly listed and privately held companies across the DACH region.
- Drive new logo acquisition and existing customer expansion: Contribute directly to our growth in a key European market.
- Build trusted advisor relationships: Engage with C-level stakeholders by understanding their challenges and mapping them to AuditBoard’s platform capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Pre-Sales, Business Value Consulting, and Marketing, leveraging tools, partners, and events to drive pipeline and deal progression.
- Partner with strategic alliances: Deliver integrated, customer-centric outcomes.

- Operate from your home office in Germany: Travel to clients as needed or to our London-based AuditBoard office.
- Report directly to the Director, Sales: Work cross-functionally with regional and global teams.
Attributes for a Successful Candidate
- Experience: 5–7 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, ideally in SaaS or GRC software solutions.
- Sales Acumen: Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value deals. Demonstrated experience in value-based selling and establishing long-term client partnerships.
- Language Skills: Native-level German fluency and excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Collaboration: A collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with global teams.
- Sales Frameworks: Comfortable leveraging structured sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale).
- Growth Mindset: A learning-oriented mindset and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, international environment.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with German regulatory environments and enterprise procurement expectations.
