Requirements

Candidates should have ideally 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. A deep understanding of the Western Canadian construction and infrastructure market, including owners, general contractors, and specialty trades is required. Strong ability to build and manage executive-level relationships with a consultative selling style that drives long-term strategic value is essential. Experience managing complex deal cycles and coordinating cross-functional resources, along with skills in pipeline generation through outbound prospecting, partner engagement, and leveraging existing relationships are necessary. Exceptional business acumen to link Procore's platform to measurable outcomes is also a requirement.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive will apply an understanding of Procore's products, sales methodology, processes, and prospecting techniques to acquire new enterprise customers. This role involves new account acquisition, growing revenue with new product sales to prospective leads, following up on inbound leads, prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, negotiation, and closing. Responsibilities include developing prospecting and account plans, researching accounts, identifying key players, generating interest, and obtaining business requirements. The role requires working cross-functionally with SDRs and Solutions Engineers, maintaining accurate forecasts and providing sales management with reports, and collaborating with Account Managers to communicate customer information. Additionally, the Enterprise Account Executive must pursue increased knowledge of key competitors, manage leads, opportunities, and account information in Salesforce.com, achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets, and obtain repeat business, referrals, and references through networking, relationship building, cold calling, lead follow-up, product demonstrations, and execution of service agreements.
