AuditBoard is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive business outcomes in the DACH region. This role focuses on growing new logos and expanding existing customer relationships within the DACH market, leveraging AuditBoard’s award-winning audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales professional with a consultative approach and a passion for delivering value to enterprise customers. This is a remote-based position with travel to clients or the London office as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, ideally in SaaS or GRC software solutions.
  • Sales Success: Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
  • Value-Based Selling: Demonstrated experience in value-based selling and establishing long-term client partnerships.
  • Language Skills: Native-level German fluency and excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Collaboration: Collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with global teams.
  • Sales Frameworks: Comfortable leveraging structured sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale).
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with German regulatory environments and enterprise procurement expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts—including publicly listed and privately held companies—across the DACH region.
  • Business Development: Drive new logo acquisition and existing customer expansion, contributing directly to growth in a key European market.
  • Client Relationships: Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders by understanding their challenges and mapping them to AuditBoard’s platform capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across Pre-Sales, Business Value Consulting, and Marketing, leveraging tools, partners, and events to drive pipeline and deal progression.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Partner with strategic alliances to deliver integrated, customer-centric outcomes.
  • Reporting: Report directly to the Director, Sales, and work cross-functionally with regional and global teams.
