Candidates should have 4+ years’ experience in an Account Executive (or equivalent) role within SaaS or a related industry, with a minimum of 3+ years of closing sales experience, and prior success in SaaS sales, preferably selling enterprise data software. They should have experience encouraging customers at senior levels to think differently about a problem or challenge, and an understanding of the data technology ecosystem, especially Apache Kafka, Data Streaming, and the broader technology landscape.
The Enterprise Account Executive will be the owner of their territory, managing, developing, and closing new client relationships by partnering with solution specialists to ensure a technical win, exceeding pipeline and revenue targets through referral networks, outbound contact, and supporting marketing events, and highlighting Conduktor’s value proposition to raise curiosity and interest, and organizing demos and meetings with clients and the technical team. They will utilize a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers, having an in-depth knowledge of the company’s solutions and value propositions.
