Our platform mitigates data security risks while enhancing communication, automation, and observability across data flows, enabling teams to collaborate effortlessly across the organization. We have hubs in London and New York, and we are looking for people who are excited by our mission and who want to share this journey with us.

We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to support our growth within the US. The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, and a self-starter who understands the sales process. You know how to sell innovation and can drive deals forward to compress sales cycles. Always seeking new opportunities, you must be able to prospect within your territory with a strong ability to close net new accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Be the owner of your territory.
  • Manage, develop, and close new client relationships.
  • Partner with our solution specialists to ensure a technical win.
  • Exceed pipeline and revenue targets, and land new logos through your referral network, partner activity, outbound contact, and supporting marketing events and campaigns.
  • Highlight Conduktor’s value proposition to raise curiosity and interest.
  • Organize demos and meetings with clients and our technical team.
  • Utilize a solution approach to selling and create value for customers.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of our solutions and value propositions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in an Account Executive (or equivalent) role within SaaS or a related industry.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of closing sales experience.
  • Prior success in SaaS sales; preferably selling enterprise data software.
  • Experience encouraging customers at senior levels to think differently about a problem or challenge.
  • Understanding of some or all of the data technology ecosystem, especially Apache Kafka, Data Streaming, and the broader technology landscape; including key players, technologies, and challenges being solved.
  • Proactive, independent thinker with high energy and a positive attitude.
  • Ideally previously worked in a startup.
