We are seeking a consulting services sales professional to help customers identify their pain points and strategically consult with them on our Liatrio services. You will be responsible for managing the overall health and sales performance of a growing territory of defined accounts, interacting with C-Level and VP-Level Executives, and driving the digital transformation strategy for our enterprise customers. You will be charged with identifying and collaborating on the transformation plans for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Liatrio executives, Delivery consultants, and R&D to drive the Liatrio consulting services value proposition for target clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of pre-work, scoping, and contracts.
  • Consult with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by our transformational services.
  • Prospecting, new logo acquisition, & working with existing customers to introduce and expand our transformational services within assigned market territory.
  • Forecast revenues timely and accurately; Increase revenue/ retention rates for specified key accounts.
  • Represent Liatrio with integrity, maintain industry credibility, and establish and strengthen relationships through presenting to various audiences.

Requirements

  • Consistent high performance against sales quotas driven by C-Level and VP level relationships at key customer contact.
  • Experience using a consultative or advisory-based sales approach in a complex enterprise sales environment.
  • Innovative and creative thinker who can work independently and leverage resources wisely to meet objectives.
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies and Application Lifecycle Development Processes in large enterprises.
  • First-hand experience selling Software Development consulting services, Cloud Application consulting services, Platform Engineering consulting services, and/or IT Transformation consulting services.
  • Partner and/or Systems Integrator management experience.
  • Proven ability to assess and disqualify customers/opportunities.
  • Driven to assist customers in making the right decisions which will drive the optimal outcomes - even if it results in elongating the sales cycle.
  • Values and practices empathy with a high degree of emotional intelligence.

Specifics

  • Full benefits: including unlimited PTO, funded HSA option, and more.
  • Base salary range: $150,000 - $180,000
  • Employment eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without the need for sponsorship.
  • Travel availability: We anticipate this role will travel 8-16 times a year.
