Enterprise Account Executive

Candidates should possess 7+ years of solution/value selling experience, 3+ years of Enterprise Accounts experience, and a proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas. They should also demonstrate the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively, navigate client organizations, and develop relationships with key contacts at various levels of leadership, including the C-suite.
The Enterprise Account Executive will assess territory potential, develop sales strategies, achieve sales targets, evangelize the UiPath brand, educate customers on automation solutions, establish and maintain customer relationships, partner with Customer Success, monitor market conditions, and collaborate internally to foster best practices. They will also explore ways to incorporate automation into customer operations and provide valuable insights for business improvement.
