Candidates should have ideally 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota in complex sales cycles. A deep understanding of the Western Canadian construction and infrastructure market, including owners, general contractors, and specialty trades, is required. Strong ability to build and manage executive-level relationships with a consultative selling style is essential. Experience managing complex deal cycles, coordinating cross-functional resources, and skilled pipeline generation through outbound prospecting, partner engagement, and leveraging existing relationships are necessary. Exceptional business acumen and comfort operating in a high-growth environment are also required.
The Enterprise Account Executive will apply an understanding of Procore’s products and sales methodology to acquire new enterprise customers, focusing on new product sales to prospective leads. This includes following up on inbound leads, prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, negotiation, and closing. Responsibilities include developing prospecting and account plans, researching accounts, generating interest, and obtaining business requirements. The role involves working cross-functionally with SDRs and Solutions Engineers, maintaining accurate forecasts and sales reports, and collaborating with Account Managers to ensure smooth customer hand-offs. Responsibilities also include pursuing knowledge of key competitors, managing leads and opportunities in Salesforce, achieving sales targets, and obtaining repeat business, referrals, and references through networking, relationship building, cold calling, and lead follow-up.
