Candidates must have over 5 years of full-cycle sales experience selling software or cloud-based applications, with an emphasis on ML, cloud, and SaaS. A proven track record of driving consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement is essential. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, independent thinker with high energy and a positive attitude, possessing excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Familiarity with a solution-based selling approach, experience managing complex sales processes, and the ability to carry technical conversations in the data, compute, and ML space are also required. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment is necessary.
The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales quotas for named accounts by developing sales strategies, target prospect lists, and regional sales plans. This role involves prospecting, developing, and closing new business, arranging and conducting executive discussions, and managing the sales process to closure. Responsibilities also include developing marketing plans with the marketing team to drive revenue growth, acting as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their roadmaps to drive Anyscale solutions, and managing ongoing account relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams.
