Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in project and engineering program management, with a focus on IT, OSS, and/or BSS systems
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and experience with system integration
  • Proficiency in waterfall, scrum, and agile methodologies
  • Experience with program management tools such as JIRA
  • Demonstrated ability to work with external stakeholders (e.g., clients, vendors, partners)
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, adapting quickly to changing priorities
  • Solid background in technical program and project management, specifically within IT infrastructure, Operations Support Systems (OSS), and Business Support Systems (BSS)
  • Practical, hands-on experience managing complex, cross-functional projects

  • Ability to communicate detailed project statuses to both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure and OSS/BSS projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
  • Create and manage comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and timelines. Work with cross-functional teams to define scope, dependencies, and resource assignments
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and deliverables. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment across all teams
  • Drive non-engineering tasks such as hosting meetings, addressing queries from product management, sales, and vendors, and removing blockers for the engineering teams
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to gather retrospective feedback and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and project delivery
  • Ensure timely upward communication and escalation of issues to engineering leadership and other relevant teams
  • Coordinate multiple engineering teams, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and proactively addressing potential challenges
  • Manage a wide range of initiatives, including developing and deploying IT infrastructure, orchestrating software releases for OSS/BSS, integrating with various internal systems, and working with vendors
  • Experience working with a variety of teams, including IT operations, software engineering, quality assurance, and product management
