Responsibilities

Participate in the 2-day Winter Internship Emerging Leaders Camp at P&G Head Office (trainings, coaching, case studies, learning from senior managers)
Solve real-life business cases related to business, innovation, and technology
In Manufacturing/Engineering Internship (Production - Packing):
Make studies on performance loss (equipment, skills, organization)
Identify key projects to achieve performance targets for packing lines
Establish methods for solving technical problems
Systematize tools for maintenance and implement production management tools
Work on installation and start-up of new equipment
In Manufacturing/Engineering Internship (Production - Making):
Make studies and analysis of performance loss (equipment, organization, skills)
Ensure communication between departments (logistics, packing, projects)
Create learning programs for operators and team leaders to develop skills
Establish systematization tools and simplify processes
Be on the plant floor to meet challenges, make decisions, and see results quickly
Discover and apply P&G's technologies, standards, and methods through job experience, mentoring, and training
