- Collaborate with leaders from various disciplines
- Foster a culture of continuous growth and development within the team
- Champion Agile practices
- Drive technical strategy for the Competitive market team
- Ensure alignment with Hudl’s overall vision
- Help the team deliver efficient and scalable software solutions
- Work closely with other teams to plan and deliver product enhancements
- Coach and develop Software Engineers
