Responsibilities

Lead a team of 4-8 Software Engineers
Guide the team in building coach and athlete performance analysis, fan engagement, and video livestreaming solutions
Ensure the team’s vision aligns with Hudl’s overall goals
Deliver high-impact work on time through data-driven decisions and rapid iteration
Collaborate with leaders from various disciplines
Foster a culture of continuous growth and development within the team
Champion Agile practices
Drive technical strategy for the Competitive market team
Ensure alignment with Hudl’s overall vision
Help the team deliver efficient and scalable software solutions
Work closely with other teams to plan and deliver product enhancements
Coach and develop Software Engineers
Participate in Scrum ceremonies
