Lead and own activities that drive development excellence for broadband devices through exceptional customer experience
Execute in a highly responsive, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment
Manage employees and enable collaboration between onshore and offshore teams
Understand resource skillsets, experience, and availability to ensure appropriate fit with project/task assignments
Document processes, identify potential points of failure, and perform root cause analysis
