Requirements

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Electronics, or related field
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software/hardware interfacing systems
  • Strong understanding of GMP standards and maintenance procedures in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to analyze data and implement corrective/preventive actions based on root cause analysis

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all maintenance, documentation, and equipment compliance align with GMP standards and site procedures
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software/hardware systems across production equipment
  • Investigate failures (e.g., furnace/build issues), determine root causes, and implement corrective and permanent solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and support functions to share knowledge and improve equipment performance
  • Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance, calibrations, and continuous process improvements using data analysis
  • Support new product introductions, equipment installations, validations (FATs/SATs), and transitions from other sites
  • Drive standardization of equipment and maintain accurate uptime metrics, ensuring significant downtimes are addressed
  • Participate in site-wide improvement initiatives and provide technical input on productivity, efficiency, and scrap issues
