Position Overview

This role involves providing comprehensive services for TEM instruments, including installation, basic training, preventative maintenance, repair, and compliance services. The position requires developing and maintaining positive customer relationships within an assigned territory and collaborating with other departments to enhance customer experience. The role also contributes to high-value service-related procedures and documents and supports Service Sales Representatives with service orders.

Environmental Conditions

• Cleanroom: No hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair, etc., allowed.
• Office environment.
• Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required, such as safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, and earplugs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide TEM instruments services, including installation, basic training, preventative maintenance, repair, and compliance services.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
• Work closely with other departments to improve customer experience.
• Supply to high-value service-related procedures and documents.
• Assist Service Sales Representatives with service orders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience in electronic system fixing.
• Hands-on technical experience in installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating complex tools is typically required.
• Fresh graduates can also be considered.
• Proven ability to solve complex systems and subsystems down to the component level is preferred.
• Experience in fixing and repairing ultra-high vacuum and high voltage systems is highly desired.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Electron microscope experience is helpful.
