Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows in HubSpot
  • Draft first versions of new content, including event promotions, nurture campaigns, and collateral announcements
  • Ensure audience segmentation and personalization are accurate and optimized for engagement
  • Conduct thorough QA and testing (links, personalization tokens, rendering, formatting) before every send
  • Analyze campaign metrics (deliverability, open rate, CTR, conversions, pipeline influence) and drive continuous performance improvements
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and scale the contact database responsibly and effectively
  • Manage and optimize lead nurturing workflows across the customer lifecycle
  • Collaborate closely with design, content, operations, and sales to align campaigns with broader goals
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations
  • Stay current on email marketing best practices, platform updates, and new strategies to increase effectiveness
  • Flexibly work across global time zones to support campaign launches and collaborations
