Requirements

  • Specialist trainer experience with expertise in electronics, embedded systems, PCB manufacturing, and automation
  • Strong understanding of electronics diagnostics and testing, microcontroller and embedded systems technology, PCB manufacturing and assembly, industrial automation and control systems, automated production lines in chemical and defense manufacturing, instrumentation, and advanced circuit design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
  • Assessment skills
  • Mandatory English proficiency (non-native candidates must provide proof via IELTS, TOEFL, STEP, or equivalent)
  • Willingness to undergo enhanced background security checks
  • Availability to start from mid-March 2025
  • Ability to work onsite in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (full-time)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in electronics diagnostics and testing, microcontroller and embedded systems technology, PCB manufacturing and assembly, industrial automation and control systems, automated production lines in chemical and defense manufacturing, instrumentation, and advanced circuit design
  • Design and implement engaging, hands-on lessons, workshops, and assessments
  • Ensure training is industry-focused with emphasis on real-world applications
  • Assess trainees’ understanding and provide structured feedback
  • Maintain high teaching and learning quality standards
  • Actively engage and motivate trainees
  • Manage course content and success rates
  • Develop and refine training materials
  • Contribute to developing and enhancing training programs
  • Prepare, deliver, and assess training to support trainees' progression into specialist roles
