Responsibilities

Operates in on-site and on-call capacities as per production and field support demand
Builds, installs, and repairs equipment
Trains end users on how to maintain gas systems for Airgas and its customers nationwide
Performs quality control of equipment to ensure performance rates and compliance with specifications
Assembles, repairs, and maintains all Airgas systems
Installs, maintains, tests, and troubleshoots equipment using electrical/mechanical expertise
Differentiates and resolves equipment, electrical, mechanical, and IT related issues, providing root causes and mitigation actions
Acts as liaison with Production, Management, Engineering, IT, and safety personnel at all sites
Plans and executes all service requirements in the field while implementing new installs nationwide
Performs PCB testing
Provides technical service support via phone and email
Diagnoses, tests, or analyzes the performance of electrical components, assemblies, or systems
Sets up and operates standard or specialized testing equipment
Obtains and evaluates all relevant information to handle product and service
Packs and processes orders for shipments
Manages inventory
Performs other job duties as may be assigned
Works under moderate supervision
