Responsibilities
- Achieve compliance with the daily production program and cable supply
- Administer assigned resources to achieve expected objectives in quality, delivery, and productivity in the Cutting area
- Ensure compliance with the Quality System and Manufacturing Systems in the Cutting area
- Ensure and facilitate the operation of Natural Work Groups in the Cutting area
- Comply with the waste objective in the area
- Maintain a safe work environment without conflicts
- Ensure the implementation of engineering changes and year model changes
- Promote and ensure the implementation of continuous improvement plans in the Cutting area and cable preparation
- Ensure compliance with EOS system instructions/procedures, Environmental, and Safety
- Evaluation and analysis of Health and Safety risks
- Any other job-related activity
