Responsibilities

Achieve compliance with the daily production program and cable supply
Administer assigned resources to achieve expected objectives in quality, delivery, and productivity in the Cutting area
Ensure compliance with the Quality System and Manufacturing Systems in the Cutting area
Ensure and facilitate the operation of Natural Work Groups in the Cutting area
Comply with the waste objective in the area
Maintain a safe work environment without conflicts
Ensure the implementation of engineering changes and year model changes
Promote and ensure the implementation of continuous improvement plans in the Cutting area and cable preparation
Ensure compliance with EOS system instructions/procedures, Environmental, and Safety
Evaluation and analysis of Health and Safety risks
