Responsibilities

Transmit employee attendance information to the central payroll department for timely payroll processing
Generate reports of employee work hours for payroll processing
Ensure employee check-ins are completed
Record time correction adjustments for employees
Manage transfers of direct and indirect personnel
Record parental leave, marriage, and death leaves. Justifications, TLOs (Time-Off-Leave), and suspensions (Hourly)
Record wage adjustments
Verify employee arrival and departure times (late arrivals, early departures)
Maintain records of required documents for audits and legal requirements
