Responsibilities

  • Transmit employee attendance information to the central payroll department for timely payroll processing
  • Generate reports of employee work hours for payroll processing
  • Ensure employee check-ins are completed
  • Record time correction adjustments for employees
  • Manage transfers of direct and indirect personnel
  • Record parental leave, marriage, and death leaves. Justifications, TLOs (Time-Off-Leave), and suspensions (Hourly)
  • Record wage adjustments
  • Verify employee arrival and departure times (late arrivals, early departures)
  • Maintain records of required documents for audits and legal requirements
