The Opportunity

This position is located in Cali within the Nutrition division (ANI). Our Nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands, including Similac®, PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure®, Glucerna®, and ZonePerfect®, to help them get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest lives.

As an Ejecutiv@ de Línea, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the long-term growth of Abbott Nutrition products in the territory, increasing awareness among healthcare professionals about the important role of nutrition in improving quality of life and the superiority of Abbott products over competing brands. Likewise, you will grow existing businesses through a multi-channel customer engagement strategy that builds trust and loyalty from healthcare personnel in Abbott brand products.


What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel customer engagement plans that generate demand for Abbott brand products and increase recommendation and market share.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals across the customer account, at different levels of responsibility and influence, utilizing existing relationships with healthcare professionals and others to expand the customer network.
  • Promote nutritional products from the Abbott Nutrition portfolio (Doctors, nutritionists, endocrinologists, etc.).
  • Achieve prescription and recommendation of the Abbott portfolio.
  • Meet productivity and performance objectives (average visit, coverage, frequency).
  • Manage the medical visit panel.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Healthcare Professional (Nutritionist) or administrative careers.
  • Customer service

  • Commercial skills/Consultative selling
  • Excellence in Execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
