Responsibilities
- Planen von Einsätzen und Beauftragung von Servicetechnikern für Feld- und Werkstattarbeiten in Abstimmung mit Kunden
- Annehmen von Reparaturaufträgen, Ausstellen dieser telefonisch oder schriftlich und Bereitstellung technischer Klärung
- Erstellen von Angeboten für Kunden, Ausarbeiten, Festlegen des Arbeitsumfangs, Organisieren von Ersatzteilen sowie Auftragsbegleitung und -abwicklung
- Prüfen von Bestellungen/Verträgen und Vorbereiten der Rechnungserstellung sowie Datenpflege im System
- Prüfen von Gewährleistungs- und Kulanzanträgen
- Unterstützen des Service-Verbau bei Produktbetreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Serviceleistungen
- Mitwirken beim Erhalt und Ausbau der Kundenbindung
- Unterstützen bei der Durchsetzung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Umweltschutz- und Gesundheitsschutzvorschriften
