Experience using Bonterra's Fundraising & Engagement tools, EveryAction, Salsa, NGP8, VAN, or VoteBuilder is required, along with excellent oral and written communication skills, strong critical thinking, logical problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn. A professional phone manner, patience, self-motivation, a demonstrated work ethic, and attention to detail are essential. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, ZenDesk, Intercom, Five9, or Vonage, and proficiency in HTML/CSS or SQL are advantageous. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required.
