E-Commerce Account Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time Location Type: Remote Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Time)

Position Overview

RemoteVA is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy E-Commerce Account Manager to support the daily operations of our growing e-commerce business. This role is ideal for individuals with a sharp eye for data accuracy, a passion for problem-solving, and experience with online marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart.

Responsibilities

• Monitor products and check for new listings across platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
• Run and analyze replenishment reports to prevent stockouts.
• Investigate and troubleshoot non-selling or underperforming items.
• Update item costs and ensure all product data is accurate.
• Respond to customer service messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage product listings across multiple platforms: eBay, Walmart, FBM, and more.
• Track stock levels and proactively flag inventory issues.

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce, virtual assistance, or data entry.
• Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and related platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working night shifts and independently.
• Knowledge of any of the listed tools is a significant advantage.
