Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years of experience in operations, customer care, account management, research, or a related role
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively improve processes and workflows
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across teams (e.g., Operations, Accounting, Vault, Grading)
  • Comfortable handling sensitive financial and client information with accuracy and discretion
  • Proficiency with internal tools, databases, and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets or similar)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Willingness to learn and improve operational processes smoothly

Responsibilities

  • Manage operational tasks and assist with client account management
  • Initiate withdrawals and transfers from the PSA Vault and partner with operations teams in the Vault and PSA Grading to ensure buyers receive items within SLA
  • Identify items purchased erroneously through PSA Offers, own necessary transfers, and work with accounting to ensure buyer refunds are processed
  • Work with Vault and Grading teams to resolve damaged or mis-labeled items
  • Track owned inventory acquired as refunds
  • Partner with accounting team to ensure billing statements are accurate and buyers are making timely payments
  • Own buyer onboarding process end-to-end, gather necessary information from buyers, create buyer accounts and dashboards
  • Maintain the buyer information database, updating with new information as received from buyers
  • Assist with communicating with buyer clients and addressing client needs as they arise
  • Ensure that requested changes are addressed promptly
