Requirements

Candidates must be US Citizens with the ability to obtain a Federal Agency Clearance requiring up to a 10-year background investigation. A strong proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM, developing advanced business process flows, and software development including JavaScript is required. Experience with OOB and custom entities, forms, views, controls, advanced find, SiteMap, XRM Toolbox, Visual Studio or VS Code, Fetch XML, and CRM security is essential. Skills in SSRS or SQL Server Reporting Services and designing data import processes are also necessary. The ability to manage stakeholder interactions, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are crucial. Strong organizational and time management skills are expected.

Responsibilities

The Dynamics CRM Developer will develop, test, and implement CRM solutions on a shared services platform within a customer-hosted data center. They will provide technical analysis and support to team members, administrators, users, and project managers for existing and future applications. Responsibilities include maintaining legacy data synchronization processes, managing backups and restores of CRM data, and providing technical support for infrastructure issues. The developer will audit the CRM application environment, establish and maintain a standard software baseline, and participate in migration and release management processes. They will also create technical designs, mock-ups, prototypes, recommend architecture, and lead and participate in design and code reviews. Participation in daily scrum meetings and Agile scrum ceremonies is also expected.
