Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with at least 3 years of experience in payroll implementation, specifically within the Dutch (Netherlands - NL) payroll environment. Strong project management skills and the ability to gather and analyze data are essential, as is familiarity with payroll processes and reporting.
The Dutch Payroll Implementation Specialist will gather data needed to set up payroll projects in the NL payroll engine, perform this setup and associated reports, manage the project from data gathering to the first month of Go live, and manage monthly parallel runs to ensure a perfect setup. They will also support the Dutch General Manager in client calls, explaining NL payroll specifics, and assist the Implementation team by completing relevant documents and providing NL LM information and templates.
