Responsibilities

Quản lý đội ngũ PGs về: Thực hiện các bước trong quy trình bán hàng và Trade Marketing cho Shop và người tiêu dùng, quản lý hàng tồn kho, trưng bày tại điểm bán
Thăm viếng và tạo mối quan hệ với Shop và người tiêu dùng
Cập nhật hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh
Phối hợp với Sales để triển khai chương trình bán hàng/promotion tại điểm bán theo chiến lược của Công ty
Quản lý quà tặng cho chương trình bán hàng/promotion tại các điểm bán
Phụ trách thống kê và phân tích các loại báo cáo
Đào tạo, động viên và hỗ trợ PGs phát huy tối đa khả năng làm việc
Kiểm tra hoạt động và sắp xếp lịch làm việc của PGs ở Field
Đề xuất tuyển dụng nhân sự và huấn luyện công việc cho đội ngũ ở Field
