Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry, with a strong preference for prior sales management experience. Excellent negotiation skills and strategic selling capabilities are essential, along with the ability to lead and motivate sales teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The District Sales Manager will be responsible for delivering on annual sales goals, managing field execution of sales programming and promotions at the retail level, leading the relationship development with bottler and retail stakeholders, developing and executing sales strategies, serving as a primary point of contact for sales teams, engaging and motivating bottler sales teams, maximizing execution of chain promotional activities, onboarding and managing sales intern programs, leading communication of sales successes and opportunities, and participating in external meetings to support sales goals.
