Requirements

Candidates must reside within the North Central region (Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, and SW Ohio) of the East Division and near a major airport, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice industry. Strong leadership and communication skills are also required, along with proficiency in Salesforce, Spotfire, AWS, SONAR, and fiscal planning.

Responsibilities

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of 6 direct reports (Territory Sales Managers), contribute to division sales targets, drive utilization of sales tools, hold TSMs accountable for sales, develop and execute regional sales strategies, establish and maintain relationships with broker partners, train broker teams, conduct fiscal planning sessions, monitor and track sales progress, lead customer and distributor business plans, measure customer and distributor volumes, optimize product distribution, and drive collaboration among sales teams and brokers.
