Responsibilities

Set and maintain Pharmacist schedules for stores in the district (60%), including creation/maintenance of templates, scheduling DSPs, vacation coverage, staffing contingency plans (e.g., call-lists), tracking vacation balances, reporting/reminders, partnering on LOA/RA scheduling, utilizing base hours, reviewing HUB/HOB use, and escalating financial risks like Hours Under Base
Track and submit pharmacist payroll weekly (10%), including entering regular/non-work time (e.g., vacation, sick), shift/market-specific requirements (e.g., night rates, predictability pay), and quality assurance review per CVS Pharmacist Payroll Administrative Guide
Seasonally manage vaccine clinic scheduling (10%), including inputting clinics 3 weeks in advance, daily checks for requests, revising pharmacist schedules, preventing client escalations, and ensuring coverage for pharmacist-secured clinics
Support effective coordination of scheduling in pharmacies across the market to ensure timely publication, coverage, and contingency plans
Support scheduling and staffing of outside immunization clinics, maintaining client relationships and preparing teams
Partner with Rx DL to identify/close gaps in PIC/POA registrations with state Board of Pharmacy
Escalate/follow up on issues impacting pharmacy operations (e.g., TempAlert excursions, Service Channel tickets, store supply ordering, exception reporting, audits)
