Responsibilities

The District Manager, OnStar & Loyalty will engage dealers through regular contacts and business reviews, acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to build relationships and promote GM's software and subscription business. Responsibilities include providing in-dealership training to drive adoption and sales of products like GM Rewards, OnStar safety services, and subscription plans. The role involves serving as the main liaison between OnStar, GM vehicle brands, and dealerships, building familiarity with current and future product offerings, and acting as a subject matter expert on the My GM Rewards Loyalty program. Additionally, the District Manager will initiate and conduct training sessions with dealer personnel on OnStar's product portfolio and the proper delivery and customer onboarding process, while also building relationships within GM's field team ecosystem.
