Candidates should have at least 3 years of frontline training experience, ideally coaching sales or BDC teams in automotive retail, or other high-velocity sales environments. A commanding presence, consultative and data-driven approach, relentless ownership, and road-warrior stamina are essential. Familiarity with dealership DMS/CRM systems, BDC processes, and seasonal sales rhythms is a plus.
The AI Field Trainer will travel approximately 90% of the time to deliver high-energy, in-person workshops to dealership teams, tailoring training to various roles. Responsibilities include building and refining training materials, partnering with Customer Success for seamless hand-offs, capturing feedback for product development, and tracking adoption, usage, and ROI to ensure customer retention.
