The Distribution Channel Account Manager is responsible for enhancing sales revenue by cultivating strong relationships with distributors. This role involves close collaboration with distributors and partners on lead generation strategies, training initiatives, and deal progression. The primary goal is to drive business growth through effective distributor and channel programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in managing distribution partnerships, preferably within the Unified Communications, Cloud, or Telephony sectors.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies for Partner programs, distribution operations, and sales enablement.
  • Experience working with SaaS Resellers in the Eastern European region.
  • A deep understanding of the Distribution ecosystem within the European market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities with Distribution partners.
  • Fluency in English and Polish, with proficiency in at least one other regional language being a strong asset.
