Requirements

Candidates should possess over 7 years of experience in Talent or People leadership roles, preferably within high-growth startup or scaling environments. Proven experience in managing and developing recruiter teams, with a track record of building collaborative, high-performing talent teams is essential. Deep expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, structured interviewing, and candidate closing, is required. A strong understanding of compensation structures that support internal equity and external competitiveness, along with experience designing and executing global hiring strategies and navigating international labor laws, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Head of Talent will lead Talent Acquisition Strategy, owning end-to-end hiring processes to ensure consistency, fairness, and speed across all departments and geographies. They will manage and mentor the recruiting team, providing guidance and development to ensure excellent results. Responsibilities include building a scalable global hiring model with compliant international hiring frameworks, developing high-impact onboarding processes, and enhancing compensation and benefits programs. The role also involves ensuring global compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements, driving operational excellence by partnering with People Operations, Legal, and Finance to streamline workflows, and acting as a cultural sounding board for leadership.
