Candidates require a Bachelor’s degree in food science, Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, or a related field, along with 8+ years of work experience in quality systems management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry with beverage experience. Demonstrated success in leading teams and experience with Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma, and GFSI, as well as familiarity with food regulatory requirements and the SGP & GPM system are essential.
The Director, Supplier Management Program will drive the implementation of The Coca-Cola Quality System (KORE) and ensure supplier compliance with KORE requirements and local regulations, developing and implementing effective quality programs. They will monitor program effectiveness, conduct audits, develop corrective action plans, and provide technical expertise to suppliers regarding new plants, processes, and equipment. The role involves managing ingredient and package quality performance, facilitating communication between suppliers and laboratories, developing new processes, conducting supplier plant visits, and training suppliers on KORE requirements and quality system procedures.
