Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role, with a preference for experience in distribution or supply chain environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to interpret and apply quality standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

The Quality Engineer will provide tactical support for existing products within the North America DC Network, overseeing DC QA, managing re-pack/re-box operations, conducting investigations into quality-related issues, maintaining accountability of non-conforming product, and driving continuous improvement initiatives at assigned DCs. They will also ensure support for HR policies, solve challenging technical problems, develop and implement quality concepts, conduct audits, participate in corrective and preventive actions, optimize relationships with key stakeholders, and assist with the development and maintenance of distribution quality metrics.
