Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of work experience, including at least 5 years of successful client-facing consulting or strategy experience, with a focus on Life Sciences, specifically KOL/Thought Leader engagement, medical affairs, and/or commercial launch. They must demonstrate the ability to influence and manage executive-level customers and stakeholders, and experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams to drive alignment and results. Strong analytical and research skills are also required to support thought leadership and market positioning.

Responsibilities

As a Strategy Director, the individual will be responsible for driving the adoption and long-term success of Link Key People within key Biopharma accounts, collaborating with Account Partners to execute strategic account plans, defining key messaging, mapping stakeholders, and leading customer meetings to drive product adoption. They will also collaborate with sales teams to define sales strategies, drive key deals, and forecast product adoption, lead go-to-market messaging for Link Key People, champion key themes for Veeva product teams, and provide research and analysis to strengthen market position.
