This role involves managing and growing high-value partnerships, ensuring client success on the Pacvue platform, and driving revenue growth for Pacvue. The ideal candidate will leverage strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to optimize client outcomes and elevate partnership value.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned global enterprise brands, building trust-based relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
    • Nurture long-term, high-value partnerships to drive both client success and Pacvue’s revenue growth.
    • Act as a strategic consultant, offering expert guidance on eCommerce best practices, performance optimization, platform usage, and maximizing value from the Pacvue software suite.
  • Strategic Planning & Consultation:
    • Analyze client data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement, recommending solutions aligned with client business objectives using the Pacvue platform.
    • Partner with clients on joint strategy sessions, presenting data-driven recommendations and ensuring effective eCommerce strategy execution.
    • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive incremental revenue growth for Pacvue.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to advocate for client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Collaborate with Pacvue’s leadership team to align client objectives with the product roadmap and strategic vision.
  • Performance & Reporting:
    • Regularly track and report on client performance, providing analysis and actionable recommendations for improvement through Pacvue.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure client success, proactively suggesting strategy or channel mix adjustments based on data insights.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to executive-level audiences.
