Candidates must have 12-15 years of program management experience, preferably in the SaaS/technology industry, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional, enterprise-scale programs that deliver measurable business outcomes. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, Program Management, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. PMP, PgMP, or similar professional certification is a plus. The role also requires 5+ years of leadership experience in managing and scaling teams, exceptional interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills, and the ability to manage ambiguity, influence senior executives, and align cross-functional teams. Exposure to Agile, Product Development, or SDLC environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Director of Strategic Program Delivery will lead the end-to-end execution of enterprise-wide programs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivering measurable business value. This role involves partnering with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and integrated delivery plans, while coordinating cross-functional workstreams and managing integration points. Responsibilities include monitoring milestones, managing risks, and delivering data-informed dashboards and reporting to executives. The Director will also establish and champion PMO standards, portfolio frameworks, and change management best practices to enhance organizational delivery maturity, identify and communicate risks and critical updates to senior leadership, and lead and mentor program managers and project leads to elevate delivery capabilities across the organization.
