Responsibilities

The Partner Management Director will be responsible for generating net new sales revenue with Genpact across AMS, EMEA, and APAC markets, utilizing 'sell-to', 'sell with', and 'sell through' motions. Key duties include driving sales through planning, forecasting, business development, and field sales activities, collaborating with global and regional partner alliance members to achieve license adoption and revenue growth, and enhancing customer experience. The role involves educating Field AEs on partnership differentiators, qualifying and executing new sales opportunities, researching Genpact's global market needs to tailor value propositions, accelerating license consumption, and building the ServiceNow practice within Genpact across various industries and service lines, including BFSI, HC, Retail, Application, Digital, Cybersecurity, Data and Analytics, and Gen AI.
