Position Overview

RegScale is a continuous controls monitoring (CCM) platform designed to deliver fast and efficient GRC outcomes. We help organizations improve their GRC processes by bridging security, risk, and compliance through controls lifecycle management. Our CCM approach leads to significant process improvements, such as 90% faster certification times and 60% less audit prep time, addressing today's expansive security and compliance requirements.

We are seeking a subject matter expert in GRC and/or Cyber Security to build a world-class Partner organization. This role will expand and mature our program for both tech and integration partners, significantly influencing organizational operations and market-facing interactions. This is an opportunity to join a hyper-growth market disrupter and build a partner program from the ground up.

Note: The position requires US Citizenship and is subject to a background check and unannounced drug testing.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Implementing and managing global partner programs.
    • Building a plan and executing effectively to achieve quantifiable results, quarter over quarter.
    • 7+ years of experience building and leading Sales and/or partner teams in a fast-growing company.
    • Pertinent experience with B2B SaaS products, solutions, and ecosystems.

    • Flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across the organization and with external stakeholders.

  • Education/Training:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Network:
    • Strong network of relationships in the Security and GRC ecosystem.
  • Expertise:
    • Driving results and outcomes while solving complex business problems, as an individual contributor and through direct reports.

Responsibilities

  • Design, lead, and execute the implementation of a world-class partner program for tech, integration, and reseller partners.
  • Create a pipeline generation and ARR engine through a partner ecosystem.
  • Leverage a partner engagement model to deliver faster time to value for customers through the RegScale ecosystem.
  • Work with the Enablement team to establish certification and training programs for all partner types.
  • As staffing becomes available, maintain a fully staffed team with a time to fill open requisitions of less than 60 days.
