  • Salary: Base Pay Range $188,692 - $259,452 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $269,560 - $370,645. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation.

Procore is expanding its Partnerships team and is looking for a creative and passionate Director, Partnerships, North America. This role is responsible for the development and management of Procore’s partnership go-to-market strategy in North America. The Director will build out and set the strategy for the expansion of partnership initiatives, establishing and guiding a team of channel professionals tasked with the development and management of both existing and new partners. This is a high visibility role in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment. The position reports directly to the GM, North America and can be based out of any US offices or remotely within the US or Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Own GTM relationship, motion, and managing partners within the region.
  • Own the evolution and execution of our channel sales and service strategy & prioritization plan in the Americas.
  • Experience hunting and maximizing partnerships in the construction industry and consulting agencies such as Deloitte.
  • Experience working with Cloud partners such as AWS, Microsoft, etc.
  • Lead the North America partnership GTM team, including resource hiring, coaching, development, and performance management.
  • Enable and/or support the development of new initiatives in cooperation with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Partners, and other internal teams to drive new monetization.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships at the executive level with key channels and partners.
  • Work with the corporate strategy team to identify new partnership opportunities across reseller and service partner ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a Channel / Partnerships role with over 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • This role requires up to 50% travel within the North America region for meetings with clients and partners.
  • A passionate channel professional with experience leading and managing channel teams.
  • A trusted candidate with strong ties with the Americas Channel community and a positive reputation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and drive others. Ability to create a vision and coordinate your team to deliver on that vision.
  • Experience building a book of partners and partnerships.
  • Ability to quickly and thoroughly gain an understanding of the construction technology ecosystem.
  • High integrity, high energy, team player.
