Candidates must possess over 10 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or data science, ideally within the CPG, retail, or consulting sectors. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or quantitative master's degree being preferred. Proven experience in leading complex projects and influencing C-suite decisions is essential. Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization is necessary, along with strong communication skills to translate technical insights into business impact. Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and cloud platforms, preferably Azure, is also required. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States full-time and will not require sponsorship.
The Director of Strategic Insight and Analysis will lead high-impact strategic initiatives, transforming complex data into actionable insights to drive growth, performance, and innovation. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional projects to identify growth opportunities and diagnose performance gaps, developing fact-based recommendations for executive decision-making, and establishing performance management processes for real-time business visibility. The role also involves championing the company's data strategy, including architecture, governance, privacy, and AI ethics, and collaborating with stakeholders to shape long-term strategic direction. Additionally, the Director will provide leadership for data science initiatives, design and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms, guide the team in creating compelling visual narratives, lead key strategic analytics projects, and mentor a high-performing team of strategists and analysts.
