Position Summary

The Partner Operations team is a key division within Marqeta's broader Go-To-Market Organization, with two essential functions. The bank and network partnership teams drive global strategies to enhance our core technology and capabilities across credit, debit, prepaid card, and money movement offerings. Meanwhile, the solution design and delivery teams guide and support our customers in launching tailored, best-in-class solutions to meet their business needs.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Director of Solutions to lead and enhance our solution engineering and technical account management teams. This role will focus on driving and supporting customer-centric, scalable solutions that align with the needs of our clients and partners. The Senior Director will also be responsible for fostering continuous improvement in processes, delivering exceptional customer success, and building a high-performing, collaborative team. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive innovation while ensuring the delivery of technically sound, compliant, and impactful solutions to our customers.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Director of Solutions will be a dynamic, customer-focused leader with extensive experience in solution engineering and technical account management. They will have a proven track record of driving innovation and delivering scalable, compliant solutions that meet the unique needs of clients while aligning with business goals.
