AI Innovation at Dataminr

Working at Dataminr you’ll have the opportunity to tackle the most exciting trends in AI on a daily basis to power a revolutionary product that uncovers critical events around the world as they unfold.

  • Regenerative AI: our AI technology, ReGenAI, is a new form of generative AI that automatically regenerates real-time Live Event Briefs as events unfold.
  • Agentic AI: we recently launched our Agentic AI capability, what we’re calling our Intel Agents, that autonomously generates critical context for our clients on real-time events, threats, and risks allowing them to see the clearest, most accurate view of what’s happening on the ground.
  • Multimodal AI: our platform detects events from many different types of data (images, video, sensor data, audio, and text in over 150 languages).

The Opportunity

The Director, Sales Operations ultimately serves as the primary point of contact between our internal Sales leaders and broader Revenue Operations organization, driving cross-functional process improvement, visibility of ongoing performance across teams with a bias towards long-term self-service, and enabling/supporting our team of high-performing Sales Operations individuals.

  • Overseeing our internal sales forecasting process, facilitating regular meetings with Leadership and providing the necessary visibility to keep the overall business up to speed on changes and projections.
  • Keeping continuous insight into the “Day in the Life” of our Sales reps and support teams through data-driven analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and working cross-functionally to deploy solutions that increase operational efficiency.
  • Working alongside our RevTech and Enablement teams to ensure that we receive maximum value and benefit from our technology stack, documenting expectations, and spreading awareness to ensure that our internal customers are up to speed and knowledgeable on changes.
  • Owning and contributing toward elements of our annual planning process, including modelling our annual bookings plan targets and Sales rep capacity, territory management/assignment, and the development and issuance of compensation plans that drive behavior aligned with our business objectives.
  • Manage and develop a team of talented SalesOps specialists to develop their careers and growth. Ensure that team resources, most notably our time, are focused on delivering priority projects (not nice to haves) and setting realistic expectations on timelines.
  • Partnering with our Marketing, Finance, Product, Deal Desk, etc. teams to drive cross-functional alignment, improvement and standardization.

What You Bring

At Dataminr, we value you for who you are. We encourage you to apply for this role, even if you don’t meet every qualification. Our candidates are reviewed on the basis of their skill and potential to succeed.
