Responsibilities

  • Develop an attractive pipeline of opportunities across the DACH and Nordics region, aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for violations business in smart mobility, tolling, parking, low-emission zones, and road user charging
  • Be the primary point of contact for all existing Key Accounts, building and maintaining B2B relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, transportation authorities, municipalities, and private sector customers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform business strategies
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, operations) to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction
  • Review and research problems, exercise problem-solving skills, and offer ideas for improvement
  • Manage client deliverables, ensuring reports, information, and updates meet client expectations; resolve external supplier, client, and customer issues
