The Head of Disputes Go to Market will identify and localize ServiceNow Disputes and related solutions for the Financial Services market, working closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams. They will align with account teams to develop strategic opportunities with key Financial Services clients, acting as the main point of contact for pursuits and engaging with C-suite stakeholders. Responsibilities include customer-focused pipeline development through executive engagement, partnering with account executives to progress pipeline by infusing industry expertise, developing and executing partner strategies, and analyzing business performance to drive results and inform customer efforts. This role also involves developing integrated sector/geo strategy and team leadership.
