Responsibilities

  • Design, build, lead, and continuously evolve impactful GTM enablement programs to drive performance and productivity at scale
  • Own senior-level partnerships with EMEA GTM leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, adoption, and impact
  • Define and manage enablement success metrics, synthesize insights from data sources, and improve programs and strategy
  • Lead efforts to evolve GTM tools and systems usage, identify friction points, and drive improvements
  • Create feedback loops between field, leaders, and enablement team to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and implement scalable enhancements
