Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in revenue accounting is required, with at least 3 years in a management role. Experience with ASC 606, SOX compliance, NetSuite ERP, and Salesforce is essential. Strong knowledge of SEC filings and experience managing global teams are also required.

Responsibilities

The Director of Revenue Accounting will lead the global revenue accounting function, overseeing revenue recognition, order management, billing, and collections in compliance with ASC 606. Responsibilities include managing the revenue close process, partnering with cross-functional teams to evaluate contracts, maintaining internal controls for SOX compliance, and driving process improvements and automation. The role also involves establishing KPIs, liaising with auditors, collaborating with FP&A for forecasting, preparing SEC disclosures, and managing a global team.
