Several years of experience in a director-level product management role within a rapidly growing organization are required. The candidate must demonstrate a willingness to balance people management with direct product leadership for key initiatives, possess documented experience in strategic product planning and gaining organizational buy-in, and exhibit strong quantitative and business analysis skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential for articulating positioning and technology, along with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with peers in research, engineering, and product marketing.
As the Director of Product Management, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of XDR offerings and the overall detections experience. You will manage and grow a team of product managers focused on XDR and detections management, guiding their professional development and workload. Responsibilities include acting as the product leader for initiatives that enhance CrowdStrike's Falcon XDR and related detections capabilities, engaging with customers, sales, and executives to align on strategy and execution, and collaborating closely with engineering and research teams to understand threat trends and customer needs. You will also champion product releases with sales and marketing, conduct competitive analyses, and contribute to a collaborative product development environment.
